Honda Civic VTi (EK4) 1600 rally car, built from a road car in 2005 Seam welded shell with full Safety Devices weld in cage, with X diagonals, X door bars & belt bars. 1600 B16A2 VTEC engine with Spoon ECU (reputed +15bhp), AP paddle clutch, competition engine mounts & competition exhaust system. Group N gearbox with JDM 5th gear & JDM 4.4 CWP & KAZZ LSD. Proflex 3 way adjustable suspension (recent service), competition bushes front & rear. Group N VTi brakes with Ferodo pads, VTi rear discs & calipers, aeroquip brake lines throughout, steel braided fuel lines. Sparco Evo seats, Lifeline extinguisher, 2 x hand held extinguishers, alloy navigators foot rest, OMP steering wheel, OMP helmet net, spare wheel strap, FIA window film, alloy sump guard, large alloy tank guard to rear cross member, strut brace. 2 Speedline 15 inch alloys, 2 Raceline 15 inch alloys & 4 standard 15 inch alloys with 6 decent Dunlop moulded slicks.
My thoughts on this car:
This is a nice car built to Group N homologated specification and has only done tarmac events. It is eligible for the new for 2010 Civic Ecosse Challenge.
